Why Coaching?
Before I became a coach I didn’t really have a clear idea of what coaching was, or the empowerment and enrichment that it could bring.
Let’s start with that Coaching isn’t… It's not mentoring, it's not training, it's not counselling and i'ts not therapy.
Coaching is a way to help you move forward from where you are now to where you want to be in future. It helps you achieve your goals and dreams by drawing on the skills and life experience you have. Coaching is sometimes desribed as a 'partnership between two people, where one person does the talking’. We believe that the person being coached has all the resources within themselves to achieve what they want in life.
